Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Electricity Duty (Amendment) Act, 1975. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint. 2. Amendment Of Schedule :- I n the Schedule to the Kerala Electricity Duty Act, 1963 (23 of 1963), in the entry in column (3) against item 4 (b), for the figures "20", the figures "30" shall be substituted.
