Amendment Of Section 4 Kerala State Co-Operative Agricultural Development Banks (Amendment) Act, 1985 22 of 1985 An Act to amend the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Banks Act, 1984. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Banks Act, 1984, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; BE it enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Banks (Amendment ) Act, 1985. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th day of August, 1984. 2. Amendment Of Section 4 :- In section 4 of the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural Development Banks Act, 1984 (20 of 1984),- (i) in the proviso to sub-section (1), for the words "National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development", the words "National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development" shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words "National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development", the words "National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development" shall be substituted; (iii) in sub-section (3), for the words "National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development", the words "National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development" shall be substituted.
