Website : www.courtkutchehry.com LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (REGULATION OF SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION) ORDER, 1993 CONTENTS 1. 1 LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (REGULATION OF SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION) ORDER, 1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 11 of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order. 1993, the Central Government has notified the following officers of the Gujarat State Government to take necessary actions under the provisions of the said Order within their respective jurisdictions, namely:- 1. 1 :- (1) All Civil Supplies Officers not below the rank of supply Inspector. (2) All Revenue Officers not below the rank of Deputy Mamlatdar. (3) All Gazetted Police Officers.
