Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the sixty-six year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Adhosanrachna Vinidhan Nidhi Board (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2015. 2. Amendment of Section 2 :- In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Adhosanrachna Vinidhan Nidhi Board Adhiniyam, 2000 (No. 6 of 2000), for clause (e), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- (e) "infrastructure projects" include projects in the sector of roads, irrigation, water supply, solid waste management, drainage, energy, warehousing, storage of food grain, food processing, health, education, skill development, information technology, horticulture and any other infrastructure project of any sector or a multipurpose project in any two or more of these areas;.
