Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twenty seventh year of the Republic of India as follows : 1. Received the assent of the Governor on the 2nd March, 1976, assent first published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary), dated the 5th March, 1967. 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called The Madhya Pradesh Amarkantak Nagar Vikas Mandal (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1976. 2. Repeal :- The Madhya Pradesh Amarkantak Nagrik Vikas Mandal (Nirsan) Adhyadesh, 1975 (No. 18 of 1975) is hereby repealed.
