Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixtieth year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation (Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. Deletion Of Chapter Vi-A :- I n the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation Act, 1931 (No. 3 of 1931), C hap ter VI-A heading "Betterment Contribution" containing Sections 58-A to 58-K shall be deleted.
