Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-first year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Kashtha Chiran (Viniyaman) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2010. 2. Section 2 :- In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Kashtha Chiran (Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 1984 Amendment of (No.13 of 1984), in clause (f), the words and bracket " circular saw (cutter) the diameters of which is not more than twelve inches" shall be omitted.
