Amendment of section 13 Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2015 7 of 2016 [15 January 2016] An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2015. 2. Amendment of section 2 :- In Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-section (1), in clause (j), the word "warehouseman" shall be omitted. 3. Amendment of section 31 :- In section 31 of the principal Act, the word "warehouseman" shall be omitted. 4. Amendment of section 38 :- In Section 38 of the principal Act, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) All moneys in the market committee fund and other sums specified in sub-section (1) shall be deposited in a District Central Co-operative Bank or Madhya Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited or Post Officer Saving Bank or State Governments Personal Deposit Account.". 5. Amendment of section 13 :- In Section 43 of the principal Act, for sub-section (7), the following sub-section shall be subtituted, namely:- "(7) All mopneys received into the Mahdya Pradesh State Marketing Development Fund and other sums shall be deposited in District Central Co-operative Bank or Madhya Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited or Post Office Saving Bank or State Governments Persoanl Deposit Account.".
