But it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Received the assent of the Governor on 27-9-1961; assent first published in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" Extraordinary on 3-10-1961. 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Land Utilization Laws Repealing Act, 1961. 2. Repeal Of Certain Enactments :- The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
