Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-- * Published in M.P. Rajpatra (Asadharan) dated 9-1-2013 Page 26(1). 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagarpalik Vidhi (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2012. 2. Amendment to the Madhya Pradesh Act No. 23 of 1956 :- I n Section 132 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), in sub-section (6), in clause (n), the words "goods or" shall be omitted. 3. Amendment to the Madhya Pradesh Act No. 37 of 1961 :- In Section 127 of the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), in sub-section (6), in clause (n), the words "goods or" shall be omitted.
