Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Sixty-second year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodan) Adhiniyam. 2011. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force from the 27th April, 2010. 2. Substitution Of Section 5 :- For Section 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan. Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973). the following Section shall be substituted, namely :- "5. Bus Travelling Allowance.--There shall be paid to every member and every person entitled to pension under section 6-A Bus Travelling Allowance at the rate of five hundred rupees per mensem.".
