XXIV of 1961 Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies (Second Amendment) Act, 2013 31 OF 2013 [20 December 2013] An Act further to amend the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Maharashtra Co- operative Societies Act, 1960, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Second Amendment) Act, 2013. 2. Amendment of section 73CB of Mah. XXIV of 1961 :- I n section 73CB of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, in sub-section (15), for the words, figures and letters "before the 31st December 2013" the words, figures and letters "before the 31st December 2014" shall be substituted.
