WHEREAS by virtue of Article 204 of the Constitution of India, read with Article 205 thereof; it is necessary to provide for the passing of an Appropriation Act for the appropriation of further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2011; and for the purpose of authorizing payment of the said sums; it is hereby enacted in the Sixty-First Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1.
