Malaria Surveillance Worker (Panchayat Service) Recruitment Rules, 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by sec. 227 read with sec. 274 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 (Guj. 18 of 1993), the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Malaria Surveillance Worker (Panchayat Service), Class III, namely :- 1. . :- These rules may be called the Malaria Surveillance Worker (Panchayat Service) Recruitment Rules, 2003. 2. . :- Appointment to the post of Malaria Surveillance Worker (Panchayat Service), Class-Ill, shall be made by transfer of a person working as a Superior Field Worker (Panchayat Service), Class-III, or Insect Collector (Panchayat Service), Class-III. 3. . :- A candidate appointed by transfer shall be required to pass the departmental examination and an examination in Gujarati or Hindi or both as may be prescribed by the Government.
