References To Department In The Schedule SCHEDULE 1 :- SCHEDULE I Manipur Appropriation (No.3) Act, 2010 4 of 2010 An Act to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Manipur for the services of the financial year 2010-11. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Manipur in the Sixty first year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Manipur Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2010. 2. Issue Of Rupees 5965,92,93,000 From And Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State Of Manipur For The Financial Year 2010-11 :- From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Slate of Manipur there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of five thousand nine hundred sixty five crores, ninety two lakhs, and ninety three thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2010-11 in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Appropriation :- The sum authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated fund of the State of Manipur by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year. 4. References To Department In The Schedule :- References to Departments in the Schedule are to such Departments as existing immediately before the 1st day of March, 2010 and shall, on or after that date be construed as references to the appropriate Departments as reconstituted from time to time.
