Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Twentieth Year the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Motor Vehicles (Rajasthan Amendment) Act, 1969. 2. Amendment of the Sixth Schedule to Central Act 4 of 1939 :- the Sixth Schedule to the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (Central Act 4 of 1939), the second column, after the groups of letters "RJ, RS" the comma and up of letters "RR" shall be inserted. 3. Repeal :- The Motor Vehicles (Rajasthan Anendment) Ordinance, 1968 (Ordinance 2 of 1968) is hereby repealed.
