Naik, Class-IV (in the Office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court) Recruitment Rules, 1999 In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Naik, Class-TV, in the Office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court, namely: 1. . :- These rules may be called the Naik, Class-IV (in the Office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court) Recruitment Rules, 1999. 2. . :- Appointment to the post of Naik, Class-IV (in the Office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court) shall be made by promotion of a person on the basis of seniority cum merit from amongst the persons who have worked for not less than three years in the cadre of peon in the office of the Government Pleader, Gujarat High Court.
