Salaries Of Ministers Orissa Ministers Salaries Act, 1937 3 of 1937 [29 October 1937] AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALARIES OF MINISTERS OF THE ORISSA GOVERNMENT. WHEREAS provision has been made by sub-section (3) of section 51 of the Government of India Act, 1935, for the determination by an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the salaries of the members of the Governor's Council of Ministers; It is hereby enacted as follows: 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Ministers Salaries Act, 1937. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Salaries Of Ministers :- There shall be paid to each Minister a salary at the rate of one thousand rupees a month.
