Short Title And Commencement :- This Act may be called the Payment of Salaries and Allowances (Amendment) Act, 1958 and it shall take effect from 1st April 1958. 2. Amendment Of Section 8 (1)(A) :- For the words one hundred and twenty the words one hundred and fifty shall be substituted.
