Short Title And Commencement :- ( 1 ) This Act may be called the Penal Code (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1964. 2. Amendment Of Sections 500, 501 And 502 Act Xlv Of 1860 :- In the Pakistan Penal Code (XLV of 1860), in sections 500, 501 and 502, for the word "simple", wherever occurring, the word "rigorous" shall be substituted.
