The State Legislature? of Bombay, Andhra and Patiala and East Punjab States Union have passed resolutions under Article 252 empowering Parliament to make a law on the subject. The Bill when passed will be- come applicable to these States and to all Part C States and to the Andaman and Nico- bar Islands.
