Punjab State Board Of Technical Education And Industrial Training (Amendment) Act, 2015 14 of 2015 [16 April 2015] ANACT further to amend the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixty- sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training (Amendment) Act, 2015. (2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment in section 21 of the Punjab Act 2 of 1993. :- I n the Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Act, 1992, in section 21, in sub-section (2), for the words "sixty two years", the words "seventy years" shall be substituted.
