Authorisation of Rs. 11,78,887/-out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2011- 2012 Rajasthan Appropriation (No 4) Act, 2015 21 of 2015 [27 April 2015] An Act to authorise the appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2011-2012.ended on the 31st March, 2012 in excess of the amount granted for those services and for that year. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty-sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropration (No. 4) Act, 2015. 2. Authorisation of Rs. 11,78,887/-out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2011- 2012 :- Certain futher sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of t h e Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 11,78,887/- (Rupees Eleven lacs seventy eight thousand eight hundred eighty seven) only paid from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State towards defraying the several charges which come in course of payment during the year ended on the 31st day of March, 2012 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule are hereby authorized to be appropriated for such services in relation to the year ended on the 31st March, 2012 in excess of the amount granted for those services and for the said year.
