Authorisation of Rs. 19,79,56,851/-out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2010-2011 Rajasthan Appropriation (No.1) Act, 2015 9 of 2015 [10 April 2015] An Act to authorize the appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the financial year 2010-2011 ended on the 31st March, 2011 in excess of the amount granted for those services and for that year. be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty-Sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Rajasthan Appropration (No. 1) Act, 2015. 2. Authorisation of Rs. 19,79,56,851/-out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the financial year 2010-2011 :- Certain futher sums not exceeding those specified in Column 2 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 19,79,56,851/- (Rupees Ninteen corore seventy nine lacs fifty six thousand eight hundred fifty one) only paid from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State towards defraying the several charges which come in course of payment during the year ended on the 31st day of March, 2011 in respect of the services specified in Column 1 of the Schedule are hereby authorized to be appropriated for such services in relation to the year ended on the 31st March, 2011 in excess of the amount granted for those services and for the said year.
