Amendment of rule 13-/4 Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Land Allotment And Sale) (Amendment) Rules, 2008 [11 January 2008] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 read with section 7 of the Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act No. XXVII of 1954), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Land Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978, namely:- 1. Short title and Commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Colonisation ( Jawai Project Government Land Allotment and Sale) (Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of rule 13-/4 :- In Proviso to sub rule (1) of rule 13-A of the Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Land Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978, for the existing expression "1-5-1988", the expression "1-1-2000" shall be substituted.
