Amendment of Rules and Schedules Rajasthan Computer State And Subordinate Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2008 [28 June 2008] In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following Rules further to amend the Rajasthan Computer State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1992, namely: 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) These Rules may be called the Rajasthan Computer State and Subordinate Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Rules and Schedules :- In the Rajasthan Computer State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1992 and Schedule appended their to: (a) for the expression Computer Operator wherever occurring, the expression Assistant Programmer ? shall be substituted. (b) for the expression Data Entry Operator wherever occurring the expression Informatics Assistant ? shall be substituted.
