Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty- second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of Section 75, Rajasthan Act No. 13 of 1994 :- I n the proviso to sub-sec. (4) of Sec. 75 of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994), for the existing expression "test audit of such accounts", the expression "audit of such accounts and such audit report shall be laid before the State Legislature by the State Government" shall be substituted.
