Repeal and savings Rajasthan University Of Veterinary And Animal Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2013 30 of 2013 [15 September 2013] PREAMBLE An Act to amend the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Act, 2010. Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-- 1. Short title and commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2013. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 10th June, 2013. 2. Amendment of Sec. 24, Rajasthan Act No. 13 of 2010 :- I n Sec. 24 of the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Act, 2010 (Act No. 13 of 2010),-- (i) in sub-sec. (1), for the existing expression "on the advise of the State Government", the expression "in consultation with the State Government" shall be substituted; and (ii) in second proviso to sub-section (4), for the existing expression "age of sixty five years", the expression "age of seventy years" shall be substituted. 3. Repeal and savings :- (1) The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (Amendment) Ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. 12 of 2013) is hereby repealed (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
