Amendment Of Section 50 Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2009 1 of 2010 [02 January 2010] An Act to amend the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2009. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature an the Sixtieth year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2009. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. Amendment Of Section I5 :- In sub-section (6) of Section 15 of the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2009 (No. 4 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the words and figure "or until he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier" shall be omitted. 3. Amendment Of Section 50 :- In Section 50 of the principal Act,- (i) in sub-section (1), for the words "for a period not exceeding eighteen months", the words "for a period of four years" shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words The first Vice-Chancellor shall have the following powers", the words "The first Vice-Chancellor shall have the following powers for a period of two years" shall be substituted.
