Amendment Of Section 30 Of Act Xvi Of 1908 Registration (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1967 14 of 1967 [21 October 1967] An Act to further amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan Preamble.- WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Registration (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1967. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment Of Section 30 Of Act Xvi Of 1908 :- Sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) in its application to the Province of West Pakistan shall be re- numbered as section 30 and sub-section (2) thereof shall be omitted.
