BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the representation of the People (Second Amendment) Act, 2002. 2. Amendment Of Fourth Schedule To Act 43 Of 1950 :- I n the Fourth Schedule to the Representation of the People Act, 1950, for the heading "BIHAR" and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-- "BIHAR 1. Nagar Parishads. 2. Cantonment Boards. 3. Nagar Panchayats. 4. Zila Parishads. 5. Panchayat Samitis. 6. Nagar Nigams (Corporations). 7. Gram Panchayats.".
