RULES UNDER CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH EDUCATION ACT, 1982 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 read with Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules: 1. . :- The Andhra Pradesh Education Service Rules and the Andhra Pradesh Educational Subordinate Service Rules as in force, from time to time, shall apply for appointment to the posts sanctioned under sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982.
