Senior Clerk, Class-III, Recruitment Rules, 2004 In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Art. 309 of the Constitution of India, and in supersession of all the rules made in this behalf, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules to provide for regulating recruitment to the post of Senior Clerk, Class-III in the sub-ordinate Service of the Land Records Department, namely: 1. . :- These rules may be called the Senior Clerk, Class-III, Recruitment Rules, 2004. 2. . :- Appointment to the post of the Senior Clerk Class-III in the subordinate service of the Land Records Department, shall be made b y promotion of a person of proved merit and efficiency from amongst the persons who have worked for not less than five years in the cadre of clerks, typists, Utara karkuns, copying clerks, comparing clerks, class-III in the subordinate service of the Land Records Department and have passed Land records sub-service departmental examination of the Land Records Department and the qualifying examination for computer knowledge as may be prescribed by Government from time to time.
