Vi Of 1981 Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Trust (Prabhadevi) (Amendment) Act, 2008 21 of 2008 (First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the "Maharashtra Government Gazette", on the 9th May, 2008.). An Act further to amend Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Temple Trust (Prabhadevi) Act, 1980. WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Temple Trust (Prabhadevi) Act, 1980, for the purposes hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Trust (Prabhadevi) (Amendment) Act, 2008. 2. Amendment Of Section 7 Of Mah. Vi Of 1981 :- In section 7 of Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Temple Trust (Prabhadevi) Act, 1980, to sub-section (1), the following proviso shall be added, namely :- "Provided that, the term of office of such outgoing members shall be deemed to extend to, and expire with, the date on which the notification constituting the new Committee is published in the Official Gazette.".
