BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Spirituous Preparations (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control (Repeal) Act, 2006. 2. Repeal Of Act 39 Of 1955 :- T h e Spirituous Preparations (Inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control Act, 1955 is hereby repealed.
