BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum (Amendment) Act, 2005. 2. Amendment Of Section 6 :- In section 6 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum Act, 1980(52 of 1980), in sub-section (2), the following words shall be added at the end, namely:-- "or he becomes Speaker or Deputy Speaker of the House of the People, or Deputy Chairman of the Council of States, or a Minister."
