Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds (Repeal) Act, 2002. 2. Repeal of Act 21 of 1956 :- The St. John Ambulance Association (India) Transfer of Funds Act, 1956 is hereby repealed.
