BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Received the Assent of the Governor of Tamil Nadu on the 3rd December, 2004 -- Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 2, Iss. No.305, page 131 dated 9th December, 2004. 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Appropriation (No.10) Act, 2004. 2. Supplementary Appropriation Out Of The Consolidated Fund Of The State For The Services And Purposes Of The Financial Year Which Commenced On The 1St Day Of April 2004 :- T he State Government may appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services and purposes of the financial year which commenced on the 1st day of April 2004, a further sum not exceeding sixty crores thirty five lakhs and ten thousand rupees, being moneys required to meet-- (a) the supplementary grants made by the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly for that year, as set forth in column (3) of the Schedule; and (b) the supplementary expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State for that year, as set forth in column (4) of the Schedule.
