Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2010. (2) It shall Come into force at once. 2. Amendment Of Section 89 :- In Section 89 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, in the Proviso to sub-section (1), for the expression "nine years and six months", the expression "ten years" shall be substituted.
