No.309, page 141, dated 13th December, 2004. 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax (Sixth Amendment) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment Of Section 4-E :- I n Section 4-E of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959, (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959) for the expression "Madras Export Processing Zone", the expression "Madras Special Economic Zone " shall be substituted.
