Repeals And Savings Tripura Fiscal Responsibility And Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2007 13 of 2007 [09 October 2007] AN ACT to amend the Tripura Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005 BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Tripura in the fifty-eighth year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- This Act may be called the Tripura Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Act, 2007. 2. Amendment Of Section 9 :- It shall come into force at once. In section 9 of the Tripura Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005 for clause (ii) of sub-section (2), the following shall be substituted, namely, - "(ii) Strive to bring down fiscal deficit to 3% by the year ending March 2009." 3. Repeals And Savings :- (1) The Tripura Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Ordinance, 2007 (Tripura Ordinance No.2 of 2007) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act.
