Amendment Of Section 3 Tripura Tea Companies (Taking Over Of Management Of Certain Tea Units) (Third Amendment) Act, 2003 AN ACT to amend the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking over of Management of certain Tea Units) Act, 1986. Be it enacted by the Tripura Legislative Assembly in the Fifty-second year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short Title, And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking over of Management of certain Tea Units) (Third Amendment) Act, 2001. (2) It shall deem to have come into force on and from the tenth day of November, 1998. 2. Amendment Of Section 3 :- In proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tripura Tea Companies (Taking over of Management of certain Tea Units) Act, 1986, for the words "Seven years", the words "Eleven years" shall be substituted.
