Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- 1. Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the University of Health Sciences (Amendment) Act, 1990. ( 2 ) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th February, 1990. 2. Amendment Of Section 11 :- In the University of Health Sciences Act, 1986(Act 6 of 1985), in section 11, in sub-section (1), for the words "Chief Minister", the word "Governor" shall be substituted. 3. Repeal Of Ordinance 3 Of 1990 :- The University of Health Sciences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1990 is hereby repealed.
