Short Title And Commencement :- (1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1963. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on November 30, 1954. 2. Section 2 :- Section of this Amending Act has been incorporated the proper place.] 3. Validation Of Certain Proceedings :- Any act or thing done before the date of publication of this Act in the Gazette, which would have been validly and legally done if the amendment made in the principal Act by this Act had been in force on all material dates, shall be deemed to have been validly and legally done.
