Act No. 32 Of 1999 Uttar Pradesh District Planning Committee (Amendment) Act, 2007 48 of 2007 An Act to amend the Uttar Pradesh District Planning Committee Act, 1999 It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Received the assent of the Governor on December 9, 2007 and published in the U.P. Gazette, Extra., Part 1, Section (Ka), dated 10th December, 2007, pp. 2-3 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh District Planning Committee (Amendment) Act, 2007. 2. Amendment Of Section 4 Of U.P. Act No. 32 Of 1999 :- In Section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh District Planning Committee Act, 1999,-- (a) in sub-section (1), in the proviso for the words "shall not be less than twenty and not more than forty" the words "shall not be more than forty" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (4) clause (c) shall be omitted.
