Received e assent of the Governor on February 27, 2009 and published in the U.P. Gazette, Extra., Part 1, Section (Ka), dated 28th February, 2009, pp. 2-3 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Samajik Parivartan Sthal (Repeal) Act, 2009. 2. Repeal Of U.P. Act No. 43 Of 2007 :- The Uttar Pradesh Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Samajik Parivartan Sthal Act, 2007 is hereby repealed.
