Act No. 45 Of 1958 Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2006 16 of 2006 An Act further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958 It is hereby enacted in the Fifty- seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- 1. Received the assent of the Governor on May 23, 2006 and published in the U.P. Gazette, Extra., Part 1, Section (Ka), dated 24th May, 2006, pp. 2- 3 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya (Dwitiya Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2006. 2. Amendment Of Section 14 Of U.P. Act No. 45 Of 1958 :- I n Section 14 of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1958 after sub-section (3) the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:-- "(3-a) The Registrar shall be responsible for oraganising, by rotation, Joint Entrance Examination for admission in all courses of study of the three State Agricultural Universities.".
