Act No. 27 Of 1983 Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 1997 17 of 1997 An Act further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983 It is hereby enacted in the Forty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-- 1. Short Title :- This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board (Amendment) Act, 1997. 2. Amendment Of Section 4 Of U.P. Act No. 27 Of 1983 :- In Section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Housing Board Act, 1983, in Sub-section (1), for Clause (a) the following Clause shall be substituted, namely :-- "(a) One person to be nominated as Chairman by the State Government. ..Chairman".
