Validation Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Commission And Selection Boards (Amendment And Validation) Act, 1991 8 of 1991 An ACT further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Commission and Selection Board Act, 1982 and to validate certain actions and to provide for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith. It is hereby enacted in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1. Short title :- This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Commission and Selection Boards (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1991. 2. Amendment of section 16 of U.P. Act no. 5 of 1982 :- I n section 16 of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Commission and Selection Boards Act, 1982, in sub-section (1), after the existing proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted and be deemed always to have been inserted, namely :- "Provided further that the appointment of a teacher by transfer from one institution to another, may be made in accordance with the regulations made under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 16-G of the Intermediate Education Act, 1921". 3. Validation :- Notwithstanding any judgement, decree or order of any court or authority, the appointment of a teacher by transfer from one institution to another made in pursuance of the regulation made under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 16-G of the Intermediate Education Act, 1921, on ar after July 14, 1981 and before the commencement of this Act, shall be, and deemed always to have been, valid and lawful as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
