In the present petition, the grievance raised by the petitioner is that he alongwith other bonded labourers, the details of whom have been given in
paragraph 4 of the petition, are being made to work against their wishes in the brick klin being run by respondents No.4 and 5 and in fact the petitioner
and other persons, the details of whom have been given in paragraph 4, have been detained by respondents No.4 and 5and are being forced to work in
the brick klin as a bonded labours.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner and other personnel have not been paid their wages and are starving and respondents No.4
and 5 have committed an offence under the Bonded Labour (Abolition) Act, 1976.
There is nothing in the petition, which indicates that the petitioner has ever approached respondents No. 2 and 3 raising the grievance as being raised
in the present petition before filing this petition.
Let petitioner approach respondent No.2 with the grievance, as being raised in the present petition and in case the same is raised, respondent No.2 is
directed to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of one week of the receipt of the same.
The present petition stands disposed of in above terms.
